4 CAST: Thursday will be partly cloudy with hot, dry winds from the SW at 10-25 mph. The high will pop up to 95. We will see afternoon thunderstorms over Hudspeth County with a slight chance that may develop over the far eastern part of El Paso County. On Friday, look for partly cloudy skies with a chance of late day t-storms throughout El Paso. The S winds will range from 5-20 mph.
