Tickets for the U.S. Men's National Team's most highly anticipated home match every four years against archrival Mexico in FIFA World Cup Qualifying will be made available to the general public on July 19. The match, which takes place on Sept. 10 at Columbus Crew Stadium in Columbus, Ohio, will be the USA's fourth home game in the Hexagonal.

Due to the anticipated high demand for tickets to the match, U.S. Soccer will use a random selection draw during the public phase of the sale. The process will ensure the general public has an equal opportunity to purchase tickets at face value directly through Ticketmaster.

The public sales phase will begin on Friday, July 19 at 10 a.m. ET and end on Monday, July 22, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Individual ticket buyers will have the opportunity to request a maximum of four tickets. Following the completion of the sales phase window, a computer program will randomly select individuals to receive their requested tickets. Those successful applicants will be notified and their transaction will be completed.

Similar to all other previous ticket sales, certain priority groups will have an exclusive opportunity to purchase up to four tickets prior to the public sale on a first-come, first-served basis with U.S. Soccer Supporters Club members and other members of the U.S. Soccer community receiving the first opportunity to purchase tickets.

As an official sponsor of U.S. Soccer, Visa is pleased to offer all Visa cardholders an advance period to request tickets for this match before the general public. This advance period starts Thursday, July 18, at 10 a.m. ET and runs until Friday, July 19, at 2 a.m. ET at ussoccer.com. Visa will be the only payment method accepted during the Visa cardholder request period and is the preferred card of U.S. Soccer. Terms and conditions apply.

U.S. Soccer is working with the Columbus Crew to determine if additional seats can be added for the match. Fans that are not selected to purchase tickets in the initial draw will be automatically re-entered for a chance to obtain the additional seats. These tickets will also be allocated by random selection.

"U.S. Soccer is taking this unique approach due to the expected high ticket demand," said U.S. Soccer President Sunil Gulati. "We've seen in the past few cycles that the USA-Mexico match in the Final Round of World Cup Qualifying is by far the most desired ticket, and we wanted to provide as many fans as possible a fair opportunity to secure tickets at face value."

Kickoff for the U.S. MNT's home World Cup Qualifier against Mexico is at 8 p.m. ET and the match will be broadcast on ESPN, WatchESPN and UniMas. ESPN will have an hour-long pregame show, beginning at 7 p.m. ET, while UniMas will conduct a two-hour long pregame show, beginning at 6 p.m. ET. Fans can also follow the match live online via ussoccer.com's MatchTracker and Twitter @ussoccer.

Fans will also have the opportunity to take advantage of two limited-quantity ticket packages for one of the biggest rivalries in international soccer. The Ultimate Fan Tickets includes a premium ticket, an official U.S. National Team jersey with your name and number, VIP access to the field before and after the game, and other unique benefits. UFTs are available exclusively through ussoccer.com.

The Fan Travel Package includes hotel accommodations at the official hotel, match day transportation, access to exclusive events and more, allowing fans to experience a World Cup Qualifier like never before. Travel packages are available online or by calling 800-736-6377 and speaking with a sports travel expert.

As U.S. Soccer has done throughout the Final Round of World Cup Qualifying, there will be a number of different events leading up to and around the match to provide fans with a complete experience. U.S. Soccer's Headquarters will open on Friday, Sept. 6 and there will be a viewing party for the USA-Costa Rica away match that evening. The night before the Mexico match, fans are encouraged to attend a free Pep Rally, and on game day participate in the U.S. Soccer Fan Fest and pre-game tailgate. More information on all those events will be posted on ussoccer.com in the coming weeks.

The fourth installment of the special-edition scarf and poster will be unveiled leading up to the match. U.S. Soccer is doing a five-part series throughout the Final Round of FIFA 2014 World Cup Qualifying, where all fans attending the match receive a free game-specific scarf and have the opportunity to purchase a limited edition poster to show their pride for the U.S. Men's National Team.
