NMSU preseason practice update

The New Mexico State football team completed fall camp practice No. 3, Monday, Aug. 4 on the football practice field on the campus of NM State. Today’s practice was the second with shoulder pads and helmets. The team practiced with lots of fire while continuing to learn different packages.

Head coach Doug Martin was excited with the team’s enthusiasm and hard work throughout the practice. The Aggies practiced for about two hours ending with players encouraging each other and learning from one another. NM State is still in the NCAA mandatory five-day acclimation period. NM State will be back on the field, Tuesday, Aug. 5 at 3 p.m. (MT) on the football practice field.
