Kugler adds Arizona Assistant Leftwich to staff

According to online reports, University of Arizona tight ends coach Spencer Leftwich has been added to the UTEP coaching staff for new head coach Sean Kugler. Leftwich is the father of Miner QB commit Mack Leftwich.

Leftwich has plenty of experience coaching in Texas, having served two stints as offensive line coach at North Texas (1994-2002; 2007-09) and coaching the line at Stephen F. Austin (1989-91). He also spent 1992-93 coaching at UTEP’s border rival, New Mexico State.
