Tuesday, March 9: The Las Cruces Girls Basketball Team advanced to the 5A State Semifinals with a 51-40 victory over Cibola in the 5A State Quarterfinals. 3rd seed Las Cruces improves to 26-2 overall, and will next face #2 seed Sandia Thursday, March 10 at the Santa Ana Star Center at 9:45am. Sandia defeated #7 Valley in the quarterfinals.
