Fritz Says No Contact with UTEP Regarding Football Coaching Position

Willie Fritz, Head Coach at Sam Houston State, says he has not been contacted by UTEP officials nor has he interviewed with UTEP regarding the vacant head football coaching position with the Miners. Fritz spoke with the Houstonian, the San Houston State school newspaper, about any potential job openings, and said he has not been contacted by UTEP athletic director Bob Stull.
