ECU's McNeill Talks UTEP

East Carolina Head Coach Ruffin McNeill has heard all the talk about UTEP's difficult out of conference schedule and can empathize with the Miners.
"They've played as tough a schedule as we have," said McNeill.
UTEP opened their season with then #4 Oklahoma before traveling to face Ole Miss and Wisconsin while the Pirates played then #9 South Carolina and North Carolina on the road.
But the ECU coach still respects what the Miners bring to Greenville, NC on Saturday.
"They are a team that has been around. Mike's been around there for a while. Mike's a good ball coach. He has some good coaches on his staff," said McNeill.
Kickoff is set for 5pm MT and the Pirates are a four-point favorite.
