An injury could keep Dallas Cowboys Tight End Jason Witten out of the regular season opener. It happened during a play Monday night as the Cowboys were playing the Oakland Raiders. Witten was hit by linebacker Rolando McClain. Reports say Witten's spleen was injured, but not ruptured. Witten would be missed if he is unavailable for the season opener against the Giants. Witten has caught 409 passes for almost 5,000 yards and 21 touchdowns since Tony Romo took over as the Dallas quarterback.
