Cathedral wins 27th TAPPS State Championship

The Cathedral High School Swim team won its' 27th TAPPS State Championship, 26th under Head Coach Jack White. Here is the breakdown of points from the state meet:

First Place: Cathedral - 343 Points
Second Place: Addiston Trinity - 121 Points
3rd Place: Austin St. Marks - 102 Points

Cathedral:
Senior Ricky De Jesus - won all four of his events, and was named swimmer of the meet
Senior Alex Aguirre - won three events, second in one event
Cathedarl broke two records: 200 Medley Relay (137.23) and 200 Freestyle Relay (127.36)
