EL PASO — Two of the state's most wanted sex offenders were arrested this week. 52 year-old Edward Dwin Jackson was caught in Houston. Jackson was wanted for numerous sex crimes. Meanwhile, 42 year old Jimmy Ray McMillan is also in custody. McMillan turned himself in on Wednesday in Louisiana. His criminal history includes sexual assault of a nine year-old girl in Nacogdoches County.
