EL PASO— As March almost ends, so does Colon Cancer Awareness Month. But for those seeking more information, a free seminar will be provided.
Colorectal cancer is the third most common cancer diagnosed in both men and women in the U.S., and the majority of people don't even know it.
Two physicians, Drs. Mark Cossentino— a Gastroenterologist, and Yasheka Nicholson— a surgeon, will be available to provide a free educational seminar to the public on Tuesday, March 29, from 6:00 p.m to 8:00 p.m. in the Sierra Room at Sierra Medical Center.
