El Paso, TX (KDBC) — The City of El Paso is holding additional community meetings to hear input on the 2012 Quality of Life Bond program.
The bonds are going to be used toward the Children's Museum, Hispanic Cultural Center, and Multipurpose Cultural and Performing Arts Facility.
