Thursday, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Warrants and Extraditions Deputies said they were given information on Victor Hernandez, 40 who they said had been on the run for some time.
Hernandez was wanted for allegedly running a scheme where he used his construction company called “Hernandez Home Remodeling” to take money from clients needing construction work done. Deputies said Hernandez would agree to do the construction work, take money from clients to start the project, and would then abandon the project or start it and not finish.
Deputies arrested Hernandez in the west El Paso.
Hernandez was arrested and booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility under an $81,500 total bond.
