New research, from the University of Education in Germany, concludes that the more successful, happier, healthier, and accomplished people, all start their day early.
Experts tell Forbes, there are a few things that morning people do to set themselves up right for all their success.
-they spent time in the morning laying out their schedule, with specific goals for the day
-they eat a healthy breakfast
-they maintain their mental health by focusing on positive thinking
-and they tackle parts of their to-do list early in the day, crossing the big tasks off the list first.
