Moore, OK — No relief for weather-ravaged Oklahoma today (Thursday). Rain started pouring down on the town of Moore this morning, slowing down tornado recovery efforts and The National Weather service is warning there could be heavy winds, up to 60 miles per hour.
CNN Meteorologists say though the risk is low, conditions could lead to an isolated tornado. State officials say the number of injured has risen to 353 people. 24 people were killed in Monday's twister.
