A man is arrested after allegedly being found inside a business that was not open at the time. Around 6:30 Tuesday morning, El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies went to the business on the 12900 block of Alameda Ave. Deputies say an employee heard noises in the rear of the business and had seen Gabriel Hernandez inside the store before business hours.
According to Hernandez, he used the restroom at the business before and fell asleep and didn’t realize he was locked in until the following morning. Hernandez stated he also did not want to go home. Hernandez was also found in possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
