EL PASO, TX (KDBC) — El Paso joined other cities in the nation and hosted their 10th Annual National Tourism Week.
The event was organized by the El Paso Convention & Visitors Bureau to celebrate the economic impact that comes from tourism here in the Sun City.
"Within that period of time, and of course El Paso growth along with tourism in the city that brings in over a billion dollars in revenue into the city," said Danny Padilla, El Paso Hotel and Motel Association. "It also creates a great tax boost for us to be able to promote additional tourism into the city"
To continue celebrating national travel and tourism week, the Strategic Communications Task Force unveiled additional elements of the "El Paso. It's all good" movement.
