El Paso, Texas – A minimum of five UTEP football games, including three outside of El Paso, will be carried on television networks this fall, the Conference USA office announced on Tuesday.
The Miners’ games at Colorado State (Sept. 28), Rice (Oct. 26) and North Texas (Nov. 9) will all be televised. CBS Sports Network will have coverage of the Colorado State game, and Comcast Sports South has selected the Rice and North Texas contests. UTEP’s home games versus Louisiana Tech (CBS Sports Network, Oct. 5) and Tulsa (Fox, Oct. 12) were also chosen for TV.
Kickoff time for the Colorado State game is 1:30 p.m. MT. Kickoff time for Louisiana Tech is 5:30 MT. All other game times are to be determined.
UTEP will play at Texas A&M on Nov. 2; last year all 13 of the Aggies’ games were televised.
