LAS CRUCES — It's taken nearly four months, but Las Cruces once again has a utility payment drop box. The old walk-up box was removed back in November when someone shoved a bunch of feces in it covering everything. Payments inside were destroyed because of health concerns. The new drive-up drop box is located in the parking lot between City Hall and the library at 700 North Main Street.
