Description
Get a taste of Argentina when Global Chef Sergio Vergara makes a special stop to NMSU Corbett Center Student Union’s Taos Restaurant at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28. Chef Vergara has over 20 years of experience in the food service industry, is a Sommelier, and just completed the 2013 Rally Dakar; 15 sites in three countries in 15 days.
