EL PASO — The superintendent of the Ysleta Independent School District is expected to deliver his state of the district address February 22, 2013. It's set to take place from 7:30 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. at the YISD central office on Sims Drive. Dr. Zolkoski will provide information about the district's achievement's, initiatives and community involvement. The district's 2012 annual report will also be released.
