A new survey ranks the best cities for financially savvy singles. The survey factored income, cost of living, the unemployment rate, the number of singles and the cost of a date night out. Bloomington, Illinois came in at number one. It's probably best known for its sister city, Normal, Illinois which is the hometown of Illinois State University. The runner-up, Baltimore, Maryland, followed by Ann Arbor, Michigan, New Haven, Connecticut and Los Angeles at number five. New York came in at number ten due to the high cost of living in the Big Apple.
