EL PASO, Texas — Tuesday, President Barack Obama laid out his economic plans to help out the millions of jobless Americans. A big part of that plan was increasing the Federal minimum wage from $7.25 to $9 an hour.
This could help out working class families, but might leave businesses in a lurch.
