CLINT, TX — A driver wanted for a fatal hit and run crash in Clint last month -- has been arrested. Sheriff's deputies Monday night arrested Eduardo Mendoza. The 41 year-old allegedly hit and killed 33 year old Christopher Self back on January 11th when Self was picking up trash along the road. Self was employed by a non-profit organization called "Xceed Resources" that hires people with disabilities. Mendoza is being held for lack of $20,000 bond.
