Police and Homeland Security officers shut down a block around the Food and Drug Administration building near Seattle this morning after a shooting outside.
Police say a security guard at the FDA's regional office in Bothell, Washington shot at a vehicle.
A 15 year old, who police say might be involved, was later found at a nearby home.
Police have not said if he was shot by the guard or injured in a hit-and-run accident that happened around the same time.
The teen's injuries were not life threatening.
