EL PASO — Soon, El Pasoans will learn what they're getting for their money in the "Quality of Life" bond they approved on the November ballot.
On Tuesday, City Council is expected to begin making the real decisions about improving many public venues. The idea has been left deliberately vague until now.
Under the bond, the city will see many upgrades or new ammenities in city parks, libraries, museums, the zoo, and cultural arts centers.
