EL PASO — To provide parking for city employees and guests in the future, El Paso City Council on Tuesday is likely to approve the lease of almost 44-thousand feet of space owned by Union Pacific Railroad on the east end of downtown.
That space would provide parking for those working in the three building nearby which the city is currently renovating for city council, the legal department, and other city offices.
