WASHINGTON — President Obama will unveil his plan for immigration reform next week.
The President made that announcement Friday morning while meeting with members of the Congressional Hispanic caucus vowing that it's his top legislative priority. He'll make his first push for reform during a trip to Las Vegas on Tuesday.
In his inauguration speech, the President demanded a shift on immigration. During his first term in office, President Obama failed to push for legislative reforms to the country's immigration policies, although he did ease rules on deporting young immigrants.
