Juarez man suspected of slaying dogs for food stand

IUDAD JUÁREZ, MEXICO — Juarez police arrested a man suspected of killing dogs to use for his food stand at a market.

Police received the tip from his neighbors, who said Ulises Rodela, 39, killed three dogs and used them for cooking. The accusations are under investigation.
