FABENS, TX — Firefighters were investigating a house fire in Fabens.
Loud popping noise woke a woman at the home on N.E. Davis and Fabens Street just before 4:30 a.m. Saturday.
The woman ran out of the home after she saw flames shooting from a closet.
San Elizario and Clint Volunteer Fire Departments put out the fire.
Damages are estimated at $30,000.
