El Paso — A man went to jail Friday morning after deputies say he rolled off I-10 into embankment, drunk. When our crews arrived at the scene, they saw sheriff's lead a handcuffed man into a sheriff's vehicle.
The El Paso Sheriff's department says the suspect was driving Westbound when for some unknown reason he veered off the interstate, onto North Desert and Landfill Road, and into a cement embankment. No other vehicles or persons were involved.
Deputies add the driver refused treatment. His identity has not been released.
