Man seriously injured after being trampled by horse

MONTANA VISTA — A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after he was trampled by a horse.

According to Montana Vista Fire Rescue, it happened at a rodeo-style event in Montana Vista off of Cassidy Dr.

Police said the man may have fallen from the horse, then the horse tumbled over and rolled over the man.
