DOÑA ANA COUNTY — A local man who allegedly help cook up a plot to kill pop star Justin Beiber is back in New Mexico.
But now he's in the Dona Ana County Detention Center. Tanner Ruane, 23, is charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. Two others are also facing charges in connection with the scheme.
Ruane is from Albuquerque, New Mexico, and was booked into the county detention center on Dec. 19.
