The world's oldest woman has died, just weeks after officially getting the title.
Dina Manfredini passed away Monday at an Iowa retirement center at age 115, according to her granddaughter.
She was born on April 4th, 1897 and came to Des Moines from Italy in 1920.
Guinness World Records gave her the title of the world's oldest living person on
December 5th, after the previous oldest person Besse Cooper of Georgia previously held the title at age 116.
A Japanese man 15 days younger than Manfredini is believed to now hold the title.
