During the 2013 legislative session, the Texas Association of Business will try to enhance funding for the Texas Moving Images Industry Incentive Program. TAB President and CEO, Bill Hammond says even though Texas low cost of doing business and abundant high-tech workers are a draw for the film industry, neighboring states are bringing some competition to the table. Hammond adds the productions offer jobs and opportunities for the state to advertise itself.
