It's that time of year again, when a lot of folks loosen our belts and prepare for an over indulgence of comfort foods and sweet treats. It may seem impossible, but you can survive the holidays without packing on a few extra pounds.
Experts say its okay to indulge as long as you don't eat like that every day for the rest of the holiday season and don't forget to exercise even if your family's in town.
