Authorities Hope Tortillas Can Help Them Find Missing Women

CIUDAD JUAREZ, MEXICO — Milk cartons have helped police in this country find thousands of missing people. Officials in Mexico are hoping tortilla wrappers can help them do the same thing. Thirty-six tortilla factories in Juárez have agreed to post the information of missing women in Chihuahua on their packaging material. The tortilla wrappers will also include an emergency number that people can call to report tips about women who have disappeared.
