There are new developments in the scandal that led to the resignation of CIA director David Petraeus. Now, another general is involved. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta announced General John Allen, our top military commander in Afghanistan, is under investigation. The Pentagon discovered 20,000- 30,000 e-mails that a senior defense official called "potentially inappropriate" between Allen and Jill Kelley. Kelley's the woman who complained she felt harassed by anonymous emails later traced to Paula Broadwell. That FBI investigation uncovered an affair between Broadwell and CIA director David Petraeus in which Petraeus later resigned. The Pentagon won't say what the relationship was between Allen and Kelley, but he's still on the job for now. Senior military sources say these latest allegations took them by surprise.
