EL PASO — El Paso County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Humberto Martinez, 31, for allegedly attempting to sell a stolen handgun at two separate locations.
According to investigators, the gun was stolen out of a vehicle that was parked in the 14400 block of Gateway West.
Martinez is charged with theft of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
