Deputies Arrest a Woman During an Alleged Drug Transaction

EL PASO, TX — El Paso County Sheriff Deputies have arrested Lorena Rocha after they allegedly caught her in the middle of a drug transaction on 200 Padres street. She was charged with possession of marijuana.
