EL PASO — The owner of a central El Paso massage parlor raided by federal authorities has ties to a Las Cruces parlor at the center of a prostitution sting.
Homeland Security Investigators raided the Kyoto Hot Stone Spa on Virginia Street last Wednesday.
The owner, Soon Kim, 60, is facing federal charges.
In an affidavit, agents said Kim hired workers and used them for prostitution. Agents found hundreds of condoms inside the business.
According to the affidavit, Kim also allegedly picked up an unidentified woman at the El Paso Airport last year and drove her to a Las Cruces massage parlor that was busted by federal authorities in August of last year.
