ANTHONY, N.M. — The town of Anthony officially became a member of the Mesilla Valley Regional Dispatch Authority Monday morning after unanimous approval from Las Cruces City Council.
MVRDA currently provides emergency communication services for Las Cruces, Dona Ana County, Sunland Park, Hatch, and Mesilla.
Adding the incorporated town of Anthony will help consolidate emergency services and provide a more effective method of responding to emergencies in the area.
