EL PASO — In an update to the case of a four-month-old baby boy with cancer in both of his eyes condition, his health is getting worse. The mother however, has been granted humanitarian parole, meaning she will be able to see her child.
News Channel 9 obtained a letter from the child's doctor describing that the boy's condition is critical and that the boy's eye will have to be removed by surgery Wednesday.
Alejandra Breceda Reyes, the child's mother was called to the Paso del Norte port of entry Wednesday afternoon, and was granted humanitarian parole into the U.S., according to the woman's attorney.
