EL PASO — Investigators identified the driver who died in Sunday morning's fatal collision as 29-year-old Carlos Sanchez.
Sanchez was riding his motorcycle at a high rate of speed when he collided with a car on I-10 West near Asarco. He was pronounced dead when he arrived at the hospital, police said. The driver of the car was not injured,
