EL PASO — El Paso Water Utilities is distributing sandbags for free.
A limit of 25 bags per person are available for pick up at the Stormwater Operations Center.
That's on 4801 Fred Wilson in the northeast.
Residents can drop in between 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
