EL PASO — The man killed in Friday night's deadly traffic collision was identified by police to be Fransisco Vasquez, 50. Police said Vasquez was the 12th pedestrian fatality of 2012.
Late Friday night, police said a pickup truck struck Vasquez as he was trying to cross Carolina Drive. No charges are expected in this case.
