SANFORD, FL — A Capias was issued for Shellie Zimmerman on a charge of Perjury. The Capias was filed Tuesday afternoon, and Mrs. Zimmerman was arrested a short time later.
Attached is a copy of the Capias and the Probable Cause Affidavit the State Attorney’s Office filed with the 18th Circuit Clerk of Court. If you would like a stamped copy of the records please contact the Clerk of Court’s office.
There will be no further comment about Shellie Zimmerman’s arrest at this time.
