Former UTEP Miners Omar Thomas and Jason Williams helped out former UTEP Teammate and current Cathedral Coach Omar Duran today at Cathedral High School in his first basketball camp. It's been a long pro career for Thomas and Williams, who both play in the Italian Serie A, or first division. Thomas plays for Avellino in Southern Italy, and after averaging 18.3 ppg and 7.5 rpg, he was named MVP of the Italian First Division.
Williams played for Snaidero UD, averaging 14.5 points per game. Tune in to hear from Thomas about earning MVP!
