 Intersection of Santa Fe Street and Franklin Avenue: CLOSED between 6pm and 6am through Friday, November 8, 2013
 Santa Fe between Franklin and Missouri:  Intermittent lane closures expected through Friday, November 22, 2013.

When construction is complete, the City of El Paso will own the state-of-the-art downtown ballpark which will be the home of the El Paso Chihuahuas, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Diego Padres baseball team.
