DONA ANA COUNTY - An arrest warrant has been issued for a Dona Ana County woman for obstructing a child abuse investigation.
Barbara Quezada, 34, along with her four children were told to submit a hair sample for drug testing.
None of them have been seen since.
Investigators are concerned about the welfare of the children.
